The Newhall Tournament 2008 will be held this year on Saturday/Sunday 17th and 18th May at Oversetts Road,Newhall,Swadlincote,Derbyshire.

Last year no fewer than 168 teams from many counties took part,with some excellent football taking place.

Entry remains at £15 per team,please note than the u7s age group is non competitive which means all players of all entered teams will receive a commemorative medal regardless of results.

U7s,u8s and u9s are 7 a-side competitions,while its 5 a-side at all other age groups.

The Format is as follows...

Sat 17th May:

u7s,u9s,u11s,u13s,u15s and u13 girls

Sunday 18th May:

u8s,u10s,u12s,u14s,u12 girls,and u14s girls.

With older members shortly to leave to form our new u8s side,the Newhall Soccer School now have places available for boys and girls aged between 5 -7 years old.

All we require is a keen interest in football.

If you meet this requirement simply turn up on Sunday Mornings at Oversetts Road (10.00-11.00a.m) and ask for our Soccer School manager Lee Cantrill.

No prior notice of attendance is required but your child must bring along shinpads,appropiate footwear and a drink.
